A comprehensive mind, body, and soul reset designed to help you reclaim
your attention, energy, and time from mindless tech use and social media.
Cohorts are offered on a rolling basis and intentionally capped at 10 participants to foster depth, connection, and meaningful support. To join a cohort, you'll connect with Sarah, Founder and Chief Engagement Officer, to explore your goals and see how The Mindful Tech Club can support you in creating stronger, more sustainable digital wellness boundaries. If you're interested in a customized cohort or multi-day workshop, such as one for nonprofit teams or founders, you can request one below.
"I'd meant for a long time to start being more intentional with my tech use. Connecting with other people in the same boat and making a small but consistent time commitment was exactly what I needed to get started."
Analyst at a Social Impact Organization, 2026
Past Participant in Our 2023 Pilot Cohort
"The Mindful Tech Group helped me realize I'm not alone. Being part of the group gave me accountability and support, which made it so much easier to create positive change."
Senior Customer Success Manager at a Startup, 2026
Past Participant in Our 2023 Pilot Cohort
"Sarah helped me identify a problem area I had with tech, which was watching too much YouTube. She opened my eyes to why I was watching so much and what kind of impact it was having on me. I took a step back from Youtube and found what actually gave me joy: reading! I have now read a book every month for the last year."

I get that question a lot. The truth is, tech itself isn't the enemy. The problem is how we use it. My goal isn't to eliminate your tech use, but to help you build a healthier relationship with it so you can use it with intention and purpose, instead of letting it control you. I see the sessions themselves as an example of that practice. They are an example of very intentional use connected to your goals and values, balanced with offline time, practices, and reflection.
Yes. Many solo founders struggle with loneliness and blurred boundaries between work and life. My small group offers real connection while helping you build habits that reduce the isolation of remote work.
I get it, your schedule can be unpredictable. If you can't make it live, you'll have access to recordings of the opening practice, my online community, and weekly office hours to catch up and stay supported.
This isn't about working harder or adding more hacks. It's about creating practices that protect your mental health while you build. I focus on nervous system regulation, focus training, and community support, the things most productivity courses skip.
The live sessions are 90 minutes once a week, plus optional office hours and community check-ins. Most people spend about 2 hours per week outside of sessions applying the practices. Many find they gain back far more time by improving their focus.
This isn't about adding another app or routine you'll drop in a week. I combine expert-led practices, peer support, and small, sustainable changes that actually stick. I give you personalized advice and support on how to integrate them into your day to day. You'll leave with a powerful resilience toolkit you can keep using long after the program ends.
I'm keeping this cohort intentionally small to ensure deep connection, accountability, and space for everyone's voice. That intimacy is what makes the program work — it's not about numbers, it's about real change.
This isn't a one-and-done course. After the 6-week reset, you'll receive group check-ins for up to a year — bi-weekly for the first 6 months, then monthly. That ongoing support helps you refine your mindful tech system, stay accountable, and continue building community.
